2025 · ERP for a leading medical 3D printing manufacturer (72 production centers). Built an AI Agent on top of existing order/production systems: MCP exposes read-only tools for orders, production status, and customer records; RAG indexes SOPs and manuals. Live for 3 high-frequency scenarios—order lookup, production tracking, exception triage—with 200+ daily calls, <3s avg latency, ~40% reduction in manual inquiries.

2018–2022: led CRM, OMS, and collections core systems (Redis queue scheduling, task routing, progress tracking). 2025: completed an AI modernization layer—MCP Server wrapping customer profiles, case status, dial strategies, and compliance scripts; Collections Agent for natural-language case lookup, assignment suggestions, and call summaries, integrable with Cursor / Claude workflows.

2016–2018: owned CMS, OMS, and marketing automation (campaign setup, task orchestration, reporting). 2025: abstracted ops know-how into a Marketing Ops Agent—MCP tools over catalog, inventory, campaigns, and ad data; supports copy generation, scheduling suggestions, performance Q&A, and anomaly attribution as a reusable toolchain prototype.
